Q. Do I need crew?
A. If you want to leave the mooring, then Yes. A local Captain and Crew are provided and required for safety and insurance purposes. An additional fee of USD $100 is payable to the captain per day the yacht leaves its mooring. When the yacht is on its home mooring, they can stay on the island overnight. If the yacht stays on anchor overnight elsewhere, then the captain must stay onboard.
Q. Are there any additional costs?
A. Being a charter boat, fuel and berthing costs incurred during the charter are the responsibility of the guest. Please note, these costs are generally quite minimal as the diesel engine is incredibly fuel efficient and we sail most of the time.
Q. Is a Chef available?
A. At present, we don't provide any cooking staff. The yacht does have a full kitchen, with ample refrigeration, and a bbq above deck. For convenience, we find the best option is to have most dinners and/or lunch at one of the nearby resorts, and floating restaurants (Cloud 9, 7th Heaven, Plantation, Musket Cove and Lomani).
Q. Is there internet access?
A. The yacht has a Digicel wifi device, just pick up a Digicel travel sim at the airport after customs. The travel Data sims are cheap with generous data included. ($15 USD for 30 days, 120gigs)
